LaFluer should he stay or should he go?

LaFluer is 76-40-1 as the head coach of the Green Bay Packers. The Packers are a main stay in the playoffs under him. Matt is only 3-6 in his nine games in the playoffs. NFL teams and general managers keep him in high regards, even though the playoff record is not good. The only other coach that has the a better regular season record in Green Bay, you might have heard of him, his name starts with a V. You are correct , it’s Vince Lombardi the only other coach with a better record. Curley Lambeau doesn’t even have the record that Matt has for the franchise. The stadium is named after Lambeau too.

Yes, it sucks that Matt is 3-6 in the playoffs, but he does have one of the youngest teams. When you have young teams, like the Packers, they have to grow. Green Bay has their quartback signed on a long term deal, also the oldest wide recivers just finished their fourth season. Josh Jacobs is also only 27 years old. Tucker Kraft and Luke Musgrave just finished their third year. The final position, the offensive line, has only two players on second contracts.

Green Bay’s defense is very young and talented. Most of the defense were first round picks. We all know who the Packers got in the offseason last year. His name is Micah Parsons. He is going to be 27 years old next year. Jeff Hafley’s probably leaves this offseason to be a head coach, but Matt hired him so why can’t he hire another great DC.

My feeling is ED Policy the president should sign Matt to a extension. He deserves to finish what he started. ED said he wanted to leave a lasting imprint on GreenBay. It would sure be nice if that was super bowl wins. What do you think should he stay or should he go?

  1. He should stay, the team has the building blocks of a true dynasty. He needs time and a season not plagued by injuries.
