Wisconsin is a twelve seed in the NCAA Tournament this year. They are playing High Point from North Carolina. In every year there is a Twelve vs Five game where the Twelve seed wins. I don’t think it will be our game this year. Wisconsin is bigger and stronger than High Point, plus if we hit from the outside nobody will beat the Badgers.The game is at 1:50 eastern time in Portland. The Badgers are in the West bracket, where Arizona is the number one seed. We beat Arizona in the West bracket en route to the final four under Bo Ryan. The killer Bees, Boyd and Blackwell have to play well in this game and throughout the Tournament, if they want to win it all this year. Nolan Winter has to play well also for us to advance. I hope Gard giving Winters time off, resting his ankle, he will be ready to play on Thursday.
If Nolan comes out rusty, John Blackwell and Nick Boyd have to carry the load with Carrington being the the third scorer. I don’t think Winters will be rusty, since he has been practicing for the last two weeks. Overall, I feel comfortable that we are going to win. It all comes down to shooting, for Wisconsin.
