Wisconsin is 3-0 this season. They have beaten South Dakota, Stanford, and Green Bay. In their wins, Wisconsin was able to hit 3 pointers. The Badgers were dead last in the Big Ten in 2021-2022. They brought two transfer players this season. One from Wofford and the other from UW Green Bay. The transfer from Wofford is a starter for the Badgers. Steven Crowl has gotten bigger and stronger. Tyler Wahl has started to make shots from the outside, which he has not done in his first two years. Wisconsin still is a defensive minded team. Chucky Hepburn is becoming a more vocal leader, since Brad Davidson left. They should beat these teams and that is what they are doing. It’s going to be a different year, because I think Wisconsin has more shooters.
The Big Ten is tough this year. Michigan looks tough with Dickerson and Purdue will be tough with Edey, to name a couple. Michigan State is always good and Rutgers has been improving the last few years. There is no easy game in the best basketball conference.
