After watching game five, my answer is YES. Coach Bud is a great regular season coach no doubt about it. He has won sixty plus games in multiple seasons for multiple teams. Then the playoffs start and he is a different coach. The farthest he has ever made it was to the conference finals. When you have Giannis, who is one of the best to ever play the game, only make it to the third round, there has to be something wrong with the coaching. Giannis is too good to not have multiple rings. Even with the great regular seasons, the Bucks have the need to find a coach, who can win in the playoffs. There are some great coach candidates available this year. Names to remember are Darvin Ham, Chauncey Billiups, Sam Cassell, Becky Hammon, and Wes Unseld JR.
The only way I see coach Bud keeping his job is making the NBA Finals. If he doesn’t, look out for one of these candidates on the bench in Milwaukee next year.
