Starting Wednesday night, the Atlanta Hawks come to Milwaukee to play for the Eastern Conference Finals. The Hawks beat Philadelphia meanwhile the Bucks beat Brooklyn in the second round. There are people saying this matchup is not good for the Bucks, because of Tre Young. Tre is a very good shooter, but hasn’t had to play against NBA All Defensive Team member, Jrue Holiday. The Bucks can also put Middleton or Pj Tucker on him. Atlanta does not have anyone who can guard Giannis one on one. The only Hawk I see that could do anything would be Josh Collins. Every team in the NBA tries to stop Giannis by putting up a wall in the paint which some succeed and some don’t.
The Hawks will try to build a wall but they don’t have enough bodies to be successful. This years Bucks team is built to win a championship. Milwaukee brought in Jrue Holiday for Eric Bledsoe and brought in PJ Tucker instead of Marvin Williams. Both are vast improvements from last year’s team. The Bucks will win this series in five games due to having other scoring threats other than Giannis and Middleton.
