Did We Love Jordan Love’s Performance?

The big question every Packers fan is asking is, did we love Jordan Love’s performance? Last Sunday was Jordan’s first start of his carrier. He passed for more yards than Super Bowl winner Patrick Mahomes. Jordan did throw one interception and one TD, but overall had a decent game. In the first half, he had happy feet. Love came out in the second half more relaxed and threw a few pretty passes. Davante Adams said at his press conference this week, “He was proud of Jordan’s performance.” I still wonder, did we love Jordan Love’s performance? The Packers coaching staff seemed happy with how he played.

The Chiefs this year are not as good on offense as in years past. They still however have many pro bowlers and Super Bowl champions on the team. This means that they are still no slouch on defense. Jordan showed he still has a lot of room to improve, but I was some what pleased at his performance. Anytime you can out throw Patrick Mahomes you have to be given your due. Patrick Mahomes is having a down year, but that’s not Jordan’s fault. Jordan threw for more yards and the same amount of touchdowns.

Overall, I thought he did a pretty good job, but I still think he has a long way to go. Aaron Rodgers is our quarterback this year and years to come. I know Packer fans have mixed feeling about him, but he is still our best chance to win a Super Bowl. I still have mixed feelings about his performance, so I can’t say I love Jordan Love’s performance.
