MATT LAFLEUR THE BEST COACH SINCE LOMBARDI

The Super Bowl is this weekend and it got me thinking about the head coaches. Both of the coaches come from the Mike Shanahan coaching tree. Matt Lafleur also came from that coaching tree. Zac Taylor was Shawn Mcvays wide receiver coach before he took the Bengal’s job. I bring that up, because Matt Lafleur was on that same staff.

Matt Lafleur has won thirty-nine games compared to Lombardi’s twenty-six wins in their first three seasons. When Lafleur got the job, I was very excited because of the offense he runs. Now after three years, I am still excited about the Packers’ offense, but I am equally impressed with his game management. The Packers are in very good hands under Matt Lafleur.

I am confidant that he is going to bring multiple Vince Lombardi Trophies back to Green Bay. The Packers are always in contention for the Super Bowl, because of the game management and play calling from Matt. Green Bay fans have witnessed what bad clock management can cost you at the end of a game. I know we have a long way until the Packers play another game, but we should be excited for the Packers next year.

The draft is coming up in May. Green Bay has proven in the drafts that Lafleur and Gutekunst get good players. I know our financial situation right now is not ideal, but hopefully we can take care of it. A lot of people have different ideas on how to cure the financial situation we are in right now.

I don’t know what is the right answer is, but I do know that Lafleur will do the best he can with the players on the team. If you look at the NFC North next year, I know he is the best coach in the division.

My prediction for the Packers next year is 14-3 and NFC North champs.

GO PACK GO!!
